These terms are between you and the company behind Remii, based in India. By creating an account or using Remii you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Remii is

Remii is a team of AI helpers that plans and writes marketing posts and makes pictures for your business, and that you direct in a chat. Remii drafts. You decide what to post, and you post it. Remii never posts for you.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email link. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your email account secure. Tell us at abdul@remiiai.com if you think someone else has used it. You must be able to enter a binding contract for the business you add.

Your business information and content

You give Remii your website address and other information about your business so the team can read it and write for it. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us. The posts and pictures made for you are yours to use. They are made by AI, so check them before you post. You are responsible for what you publish, and for following the rules of the channels you publish on. Where a picture shows a person made by AI, it is labelled as AI-made.

Plans, credits and payment

Remii is sold as monthly plans, and each plan includes a number of credits. Credits pay for the work: a week's plan, a post, a picture and so on. The credits a piece of work will use are shown before it starts. You can buy more credits at any time. Unused credits carry over for one month. When credits run out, new work pauses and anything already made can still be copied and posted. The current prices are on the pricing page.

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all orders: Paddle takes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies on top of the prices, issues your invoice, and handles payment questions about your order. Paddle's terms apply to the payment itself.

Refunds and cancelling

You can ask for a refund of any payment within 14 days of paying. The details are on the refunds page. You can cancel your plan at any time. It then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

What Remii does not promise

Remii does not guarantee sales, leads, followers, rankings or any other result. Marketing results depend on many things we do not control. AI can make mistakes. Remii checks its work, but it can still be wrong, and you should read everything before you post it.

Using Remii properly

Do not use Remii to break the law, to make false or misleading claims, to infringe someone else's rights, to harass anyone, or to try to get around its limits or security. We may pause an account that does.

Our responsibility

We provide Remii with reasonable care and skill, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can stop using Remii at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may end or pause an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. When we do, we will change the date above, and tell you by email if the change matters. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
